Chicken Sliders


sneak extra veggies into your meal with these kid friendly chicken sliders made with grated zucchini and served with soft brioche buns

The ingredient of Chicken Sliders

  • 1 slice plain white bread
  • 1 4 cup milk
  • 500 g chicken mince
  • 1 cup zucchini coarsely grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves finely chopped
  • 4 coles bakery brioche burger buns
  • salt reduced tomato sauce to serve

The Instruction of chicken sliders

  • soak 1 slice plain white bread in 1 4 cup milk stand for 2 minutes then squeeze out milk and break into small pieces
  • combine chicken mince coarsely grated zucchini chopped mint leaves and bread pieces form 10 x 6cm patties
  • heat a greased frying pan over medium heat and cook each patty for 3 minutes each side or until browned and cooked through
  • split a coles bakery brioche burger bun and place patty inside with a small dollop of salt reduced tomato sauce
